woocommerce causes 500 server error

I just uploaded a theme purchased from Themeforest, after uploading the theme and installing plugins, it appeared a 500 server error. After disable all plugins via FTP and enable them again, and go through them one by one, I found out the problem is Woocommerce. I have followed research suggestions which is to install Woocommerce on admin page (after installing the plugin there is another step), it first appears to be OK but after a few seconds, same problem, 500 server error, and I have to disable all just to be able to see the page.

Anyone has had similiar problems?
