woocommerce category link 404 when working with rank math plugin

Hello, when i install the rank math seo plugin(https://wordpress.org/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/), and enable “remove base”, “Remove category base”, “Remove parent slugs” options in woocommerce sub section, the woocommerce category link is 404, you can visit this page – https://www.boheadphones.com/ko/in-ear, and other kind of page is ok, could someone help me, thanks.
