    was there a resolution to this problem as I just started having the same problem with WooCommerce 1.61

    In the PHP Session area it says the Session Save Path does not exist and to contact your host to resolve the problem.

    Is this really the cause of the problem?

    I am also having same problem as greglu007.
    I contacted my host and they said:

    they “…noted that after pressing the checkout button, the old session
    data was deleted and the store session data was inserted to the file.
    This suggests that there is an issue with the software as it isn’t
    correctly handling the session files.”

    My cart is always empty. Anyone find a fix?

    The Cart in the nav bar will not show when products are added to it. When I click on it, it then shows products added.

    I hope someone has come up with an answer for this. Most frustrating!

    I eventually solved my problem by removing the php.ini file from my admin/ folder.
