Woocommerce, can’t translate checkout filelds, theme or plugin? Help

Hello,
I need to translate my checkout woocommerce fileds from english to italian.
I’ve ITALIAN wordpress, and Italian woocommerce, but in checkout page, I see all fields in english lenguage http://pho.to/AN0oX

What I already tried?
-Take a look to poedit file of theme and of woocommerce (in woocommerce all seem translated, in theme poedit file there aren’t woocommerce texts)
-try to translate field with some plugin (yes, I tried some plugins, but in checkout the fields are the same! always in english)
– I tried to use woocommerce documentation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/tutorial-customising-checkout-fields-using-actions-and-filters/ ( i tried only to add a code in functions.php, but not changes)
– I tried to rename fields in class-wc-countries.php , but still not changes in checkout (maybe did I make some errors here?)

now, I don’t understand if the problem is woocommerce or my theme.. but.. how can I translate my checkout fields (written highlighted here http://pho.to/AN0oX), where can I find the fields to rename? what file of the theme or of woocommerce?
