Good afternoon! I’m having an issues with my cart. Unless you are logged in, you can’t add an item to the cart and navigate the site.
I have checked every possible solution.
I have no caching plugins, the only red lines that are in the WooCommerce system status are:

MySQL Version: 5.5.30 – We recommend a minimum MySQL version of 5.6.
    WooCommerce Support: Not Declared

I have tried a the default theme with no luck.
I’ve disabled all plugins with no luck.
The sessions table is writing and it appears making a line every time I add an item to the cart. But any time I leave that page, the cart doesn’t stay with you, unless logged in.

I’m at a loss as there is no error anywhere.

  • Do you have the subscriptions plugin installed and activated? when I disable that, it allows me to get to checkout. Unfortunately thats pretty much all we sell so it doesn’t solve anything. We have to use subscriptions, and the plugin for it is up to date 🙁

    Has anyone solved this problem?

Yes! Ok it was super dumb but somehow on mine the option for guests to checkout without an account had been disabled. I had to go into WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout and check “Enable guest checkout” and save.

    That solved my issue!
