We updated our website to WordPress 3.5 and since then people cannot complete transactions via PayPal. When users click on Place Order an error message is returned. This started only after we upgraded to WordPress 3.5. We are using WooCommerce 1.6.6.

    Error Message:

[ Moderator Note: Please post code or markup snippets between backticks or use the code button. That also includes error messages/log data too. ]

Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare() in /home/websav/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 990

We found the error and it was an add on plugin for WooCommerce. Affiliates WooCommerce Integration and Affiliates Pro are the issue. I've contacted the plugin developer to alert him of the issue.

@Rebecca, do you mean the ithinx Affiliates plugin? Have you heard back from them yet? Seeing the same error here.

Yes. And we are all set. We just needed their newest release. All is good.
