My customer paid for merchandise on 12/20/2023 using PayPal. I’m using WooCommerce. I received an email from PayPal today that the payment was canceled because my bank was not linked to the account. I corrected this and linked my bank’s checking account to PayPal. The payment shows as Cancelled Order in WooCommerce. Do I need to create a new order to recieve payment or can I resubmit the existing order? When Woocommerce shows that an order was cancelled, does the customer recieve and email about this, or do I need to send an email to my customer?
