    Hi @shalini143

If you’re using a currency plugin, you need to make sure you register the payment methods with your currency plugin.

I tested your checkout page and the card form is showing.

hi, payment method is showing, but it’s taking twenty second to pace order. Please do test payment using test cards

    Hi @shalini143

A long checkout process won’t be caused by this plugin. You most likely have a plugin that’s using the payment complete action and is slow or your webserver does not have enough resources.

hi, it’s not about checout. once we click on place order , than it’s taking more time to confirm the order. Previously website hosted in aws, now it’s in hostinger. In both server issue is there. Can you please debug and help me for this?

    Hi @shalini143

This thread is pretty similar to this one, where you were having long processing times when you weren’t using our plugin. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/payment-failed-unknown-error-refresh-and-try-again/

My recommendation is you deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and the Stripe plugin. Perform a test payment with test mode. Observe the processing time. You can then start activating plugins one by one and use process of elimination to determine the source of the performance issue.

Better still would be if you have access to a tracing software where you can view how long each plugin that hooks into the checkout process is taking.

    Hi. @shalini143

Those console messages aren’t the reason for your slow checkout experience. It’s your server that is taking a long time to process the request.

Per the previous reply, you were having slow checkout times before using our Stripe plugin. That means the issue was present before enabling this plugin which means it’s not related to this plugin.

I recommend you try one of the previously mentioned suggestions to troubleshoot the performance issues you’re having.

    Kind Regards

hi we have tried in both AWS and hostinger, the other link you are telling is also after hitting the stripe server, it’s is slow. We have checked with server team and they confirmed there are no issues from their side, please cross check again

    Hi @shalini143

If you read all of the replies in this support thread you will see we have indicated multiple times that your slow checkout process is not due to an issue with our plugin. We have around 150,000 merchants using this plugin so we have many references for our plugin’s speed.

A slow outbound connection to external services is not something plugin related. Reading through your other support requests for other Stripe plugins, I can see you are experiencing a slow checkout, regardless of which plugin you’re using.

I would recommend testing a basic installation with just Woo and Stripe installed and then troubleshooting from there.

@shalini143 You can find your Stripe test keys by going to stripe.com > developers > api keys.
