Woocommerce Bulk Order Notes

    I am running a digital download files woocommerce store……my digital downloads gets updated time to time and i need to send updates / notifications to the respective digital download customers….I found a feature to add a order notes which sends email notification to customer but how can i send order notes to the selected orders in bulk?

    Hi @atharvaitsolutions19!

    There is no default way in core to send these in bulk.

    There may be a third-party plugin you can use to bulk edit order notes, however, you can also use something like Follow Up Emails to send users who have ordered in the past but this will not also add notes to the order.

    Updating the order with a note also triggers the note notification email.

    I think my requirement will get addressed using Follow Up Emails.
