woocommerce breadcrumb removal

    I am using the Astra theme on WordPress 6.1.1 and the option to disable the breadcrumbs in my separately installed woo commerce shop does not seem to work. Its almost as if the theme over-rides this function even though it disabled them on all my other pages? why? What do I need to do to get rid of these breadcrumbs on my “shop” page?

    Hi,

    If the breadcrumbs don’t get removed properly, then yep, you’re probably correct. Astra is most likely using their own breadcrumbs instead of the default WooCommerce Breadcrumbs, which means that my plugin can’t remove them.

    From doing a quick Google, it looks like the Astra theme has an option in the Customizer that allows you to customise the look of the breadcrumbs or remove them.
