Support » Plugin: WooCommerce » Woocommerce billing not responding to payment query

  • We had Woocommerce and various extensions installed on a website but they were removed. We just had a bank account debited for a substantial amount by Woocommerce – OK something probably needed to be cancelled and wasn’t – but attempts to reach Woocommerce to query this have received no reply. We can’t log in, as the account was set up by a previous developer and, presumably since the change to login, no ‘lost password’ attempts are working.

    Woocommerce please get back me via this thread or a private message of some kind as soon as possible. Not only do I need to sort this out for thi client, but I have further clients enquiring about setting up eCommerce sites, for which Woocommerce is currently my most obvious choice – this is not encouraging.

    Apologies for posting this in a tech support forum, but having tried the website with no joy, I can’t think where else to post…

    Seeing as this involves private account details, can you share the ticket number/ID you received when opening a support ticket at ?

    I’m asking as we’d need to review the support history to see what’s happening 🙂


    Thanks, but part of the whole problem is that we can’t get in to raise a ticket. There is no ‘support history’ – my client tried to contact you via the public website contact form. The domain is, which now has no ecommerce functionality of any kind, but did have a number of paid extensions when it did. Can you find what you need through knowing that?

    Incidentally, the first we knew of the billing was the debit to my client’s bank account, so I suspect email notifications/ reminders/ invoices must be going to an email account to which we have no access – probably the former developer’s.

    Hmmm, I’m not seeing anything on our side for that domain. In the credit card statement descriptor for the renewal order, it should contain a number – Can you share that number here?

    BTW, I just remembered, some years ago we had to move from to (due to a trade mark challenge that simply wasn’t worth the effort fighting!) – so it’s just possible this is old enough to have the old domain attached to it?
