Support » Plugin: WooCommerce » Woocommerce: ATTRIBUTE FILTERS DO NOT APPEAR

  • Resolved jzeasyadm

    The Woocommerce sidebar filters on my site are in error after I made the last updates. Before they worked perfectly;

    – I separated my products in some attributes such as brands, sizes, type of products …

    – But now in the store filter only one attribute appears, with a term. The rest don’t show up anymore.

    – On product pages these attributes appear normally.

    – I didn’t change anything before the problem.

    What could be happening?

*** My theme is: OceanWP Version: 1.8.7
    Active plugins: (all updated)
    -WooCommerce Versão 4.4.1
    -Brazilian Market on WooCommerce
    -Ocean Extra
    -Really Simple SSL

Asbolutely the same issue. I took some time to debug it, and i can reproduce it without any plugins other than Woo present.

Attriutes and variations still do exists on my products, even hand written url filters work fine. But the little widgets for attributes do not appear anymore. In fact, sometimes they apprear, but only see certain products.

For example, this page would have a sidebar full of options prior to the update.

It seems that DB is not affected at all, and i had to revert to Stable tag: 4.3.2 on production code.

    Thanks friend,
i also had to revert to woocommerce version 4.3.2, and now works…….

    plugin for revert version:

These kinds of problems with WP and woocommerce make me discouraged about them.
Every time there is an update, a problem may arise.

    … it’s the same here.
I will follow this thread, and hope for a solution from automattic.
But first I want to test the rollback-plugin, hopefully it helps 🙂

    Best Regards

I’ve tested it with Version 4.3.3, there was everything fine, just from 4.4 it won’t work anymore…

The Rollback Plugin is a great help, thanks for mention it 🙂

    Best Regards

    Hi all,

Thank you so much for reporting this issue, and for all the debugging and testing you did on this.

There is a current issue with the Filter Products by Attribute widget and a fix is in the works for this! You can follow along with the progress on that here.

@jzeasyadm – if that doesn’t look like the issue you are seeing on your site, could you let us know details on how the issue you are seeing differs from this issue?

    Thank you!
