Woocommerce api

I installed the plugin and it works great.
I am trying to update the data in the meta_data with the woocommerce api this is the instruction
“meta_data”: [{“key”: “wsv_except_single_variation”, “value”: “yes”}, {“key”: “wsv_exclude_product_parent”, “value”: “no”}, {“key”: “wsv_exclude_product_table”, “value”: “no”}]

the data is changed correctly, but I always see the variations on the site.

In order not to show them I have to go to the site panel and to the product being edited and then click on update.
My question is can I also use it with woocommerce api? and if so what data to update? Thank you.
