Woocommerce and rife causing issue on cart and checkout page

hi guys, please someone save me here im about to pull whats left of my hair out. issue is im using rife free, everythings been fine, then i thought to use woocommerce for some stuff ill be selling on the site. however…and this is where the problem kicks in… ill create a page called checkout, open it with elementor, everything is as it should be, ill then put in the shortcode [woocommerce_cart] all still looks okay, it loads up like a preview, i hit save/publish. now when i check that page or someone visits it it has like a massive white header at the top, i have tried some css code to remove it and no matter what i do it removes the title but not the actual white header space…i feel like it might be padding but i have no option of being able to remove it…someone please help!
