    Hi,
We noticed that the WooCommerce analytics show inconsistent numbers when there are refunds, the top products sold include the refunded items (it shows -1 for refunded products) – this does not match the totals and I do not think that you should show refunds in the top-selling products. See this screenshot – https://tinyurl.com/yhudw67y
    Thanks

  • Hi there,

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in the reply.

Hi, we do not share system status on public forums. Its not specific issue for us, this is how the information displays on WooCommerce Analytics > Products in case of refunded orders.

    Howdy,

    Fair enough.

Its not specific issue for us, this is how the information displays on WooCommerce Analytics > Products in case of refunded orders.

I looked at your screenshot and it does look odd. Could you maybe think of any steps to trigger / reproduce this?

For example: Sell 3 products with variations and refund one of them(?)

We can try and use our local test systems to reproduce and examine this further with you.

    Kind regards,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
