# WooCommerce Analytics issue

 * Hello team,
 * We have an issue with WooCommerce Analytics for net sales bundle. When searching
   Analytics -> Products -> search for “bundle”. All net sales return $0 for YTD
   eventhough we received a lot of orders for specific bundle. See below:

 * However, when we go Analytics -> Bundles section for YTD, the net sale for each
   bundle show up and the value is incorrect compared with Analytics -> Orders (
   ex, the Cold Season Essentials Bundle)

 * Can you tell me what was wrong and how to fix it?

 * To help you with the problem you are facing, I need to understand how you have
   created Product Bundles. Could you share your site’s **System Status Report**?
   
   This will allow me to see all the necessary details and settings of your site.
 * You can find SSR via WooCommerce > Status.
   Select Get system report and then 
   Copy for support.
 * Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in [https://gist.github.com](https://gist.github.com)
   
   After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.
