 * Unfortunately, I am having a problem with WooCommerce Analytics. The order chart
   shows the right amount of orders, but the total sales, net sales and items sold
   don’t match the right amount.

 * Hi [@tomenr](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tomenr/),
 * Thanks for reaching out. To look into this, it would help to know a bit more:
 * 1. Which numbers are you comparing Analytics against? For example, the order
   totals in WooCommerce > Orders, your payment provider, or something else?
    2.
   Which date range and report are you looking at, and roughly how far off are the
   numbers?
 * A screenshot of the report next to what you expected would help a lot. You can
   share one using a tool like [https://snipboard.io](https://snipboard.io)
 * In the meantime, here are two quick things to check:
 * – Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and run “Clear analytics cache”, then reload
   the report.
    – Go to Analytics > Settings and look at “Excluded statuses” and“
   Date type”. These decide which orders are counted and which date they’re counted
   on, so they can make the totals differ from what you see in the Orders list.
 * Also worth knowing: Net sales leaves out taxes, shipping, refunds and coupons,
   so it will usually be lower than the order totals. The guide here explains how
   each number is worked out: [https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/](https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/)

 * I run clear analytics cache and reloaded the report again and it works again.
   I tried it before but it did not work.
 * Thanks!
