# WooCommerce Analytics

 * On 31 January 2022, we receive over 45 customer orders, however, when we check
   our Analytics > Orders page it only shows 11 orders for 31 January 2022. Up until
   the 8th February 2022, our orders are still incorrect which affects our revenue.
 * We need to keep record of our orders and revenue on a daily, weekly and monthly
   basis.
 * Could there be a bug in the WooCommerce system. What can we do to get our orders
   and revenue back to normal to reflect the correct orders and revenue to date.

 * To resolve this issue, please go to:
 * `WooCommerce ➔ Status ➔ Tools ➔ Clear analytics cache`
 * This clears the current WooCommerce Analytics cache. Useful if the reports appear
   to be inaccurate. Once cleared, you can re-import the data from the bottom of
   the page at `Analytics ➔ Settings`

   start button is inactive to do the re-import

 * I had 47 Order for 31 January 2022
    from 1 February till 8 February 2022 I had
   67 orders

 * In order for us to get a better idea of your setup, could you please share a 
   copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via **WooCommerce > Status**.
   Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that,
   paste it here in your response.
