Woocommerce “all orders” doesn’t displayed

Dear all,

I am currently experiencing a problem with the WooCommerce orders view.
The filter “All (45)” shows up well with the number of existing orders (45), but they do not show up in the table.
Only completed (3) and cancelled (1) commands are displayed.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select the Get system report button and then click Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hi @jihadjo,

One reason this happens from time to time is a custom order status is used and then removed. The list will still include the orders with this status in its total number but they won’t be displayed.

You can check this by viewing the _posts table in the database. Search for the post_type, shop_order.

Then check the post_status column for the status that the orders have.

Let us know what values you see in this column.

The only existing statuses in the database are :

wc-delivered
wc-completed
wc-cancelled

Hey Chris,

That’s it. The wc-delivered is not a core status. It may have been added by a plugin that’s not installed/active anymore or by something else.

You can either add that status back to the site using a plugin or some custom code. Another option would be to change the status of these orders directly in the database to one of the built-in statuses.

Hello,
Thanks to your indications, I just understood the rootcause of the problem!

It comes from the last update of the plugin “Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce” to version 3.3.
During this update, the developer removed TrackShip functionality.
The TrackShip module has actually created the status “wc-delivered”.
By reinstalling Version 3.2.9 of the plugin, my orders have all reappeared!

The delivered order status was created by TrackShip, since they now have their own plugin, I can install it to make the orders reappear, or change the custom status to a WC built-in status, as you also advised me…
