Hi sathish2493
The plugin relies on the payment gateway to properly redirect the visitor to the WooCommerce thankyou page after the purchase.
This can be a problem for payment gateways that take the visitor to an offsite payment processor. Generally all payment gateways, that are made to keep the visitor on the WooCommerce shop during payment, work fine.
I noticed that the two thankyou pages you provided somehow behave differently. While on the first one I can see some order information, there is only a message on the second one. Maybe that second payment gateway has some non standard implementation that interferes with the tracking pixel.
Our plugin uses the standard woocommerce_thankyou hook. If the payment gateway doesn’t work with this there is nothing we can do.

I’ve pushed a new versions which will help for debugging.
In the html source of the thankyou page you will see either the AdWords pixel or a message why it has not been fired.
If neither the pixel nor the message are inserted then this is a problem caused by the payment gateway.
Hi Alekv,
As per your discussion, I have updated the plugin version also placed the order. The ordered thankyou page link is < https://www.honeyhouse.in/checkout/order-received/4113/?key=wc_order_57eb46106205e&msg=Thank+you+for+your+order+.+Your+transaction+has+been+successful.&type=success > and thankyou page source code file attachment link is < https://drive.google.com/open?id=0By14923KJ1TbRWNqV3VjSVRNTkE > . Kindly check that and let me know what is the problem in this case?

Hi sathish2493
The first order confirmation link doesn’t trigger the standard woocommerc_thankyou hook. For some reason the payment gateway decided to add some message into the URL parameter.
your link: https://www.honeyhouse.in/checkout/order-received/4113/?key=wc_order_57eb46106205e&msg=Thank+you+for+your+order+.+Your+transaction+has+been+successful.&type=success
and how it should be: https://www.honeyhouse.in/checkout/order-received/4113/?key=wc_order_57eb46106205e
If you open the ‘how it should be’ link you will not only see the entire order details, but also our conversion tracking pixel being fired (or the debug pixel).
The payement gateway uses a different logic and as mentioned above doesn’t trigger the woocommerce_thankyou hook. Unfortunately I can’t fix this if the payment gateway provider is not following standard procedure. I only could develop a custom made solution for you. If you need a quote please send a request to support@wolfundbaer.ch
The second link on the google drive you provided I can’t open because it is not public.
Regards
Aleks
