    1 & 3: When creating products change the type to external / affiliate product. You can then add a link to wherever you want and change the button text.

    2. From the dashboard go to appearance> Menus then select screen options at the top and make sure product categories is ticked. Create a new menu containing whatever you want, save, make sure you add the menu to yhe correct menu location, top left, save.

    Job done.
