Support » Plugin: WooCommerce Add to Cart Custom Redirect » WooCommerce Add to Cart Custom Redirect and Gravity Forms Add-ons conflict

  • Hi,

Up until recently, WooCommerce Add to Cart Custom Redirect was working perfectly with Gravity Forms Add-ons. Unfortunately, a recent update from WooCommerce appears to have broken this – if the fields don’t validate you get a white screen instead of the incorrect fields being highlighted in red.

I’ve disabled WooCommerce Add to Cart Custom Redirect and all is working ok, but unfortunately I no longer have the functionality I needed! I wanted to let you know so you might be able to take a look at this but I appreciate this is a conflict between two plugins, rather than your plugin working incorrectly on its own.

    Thanks.

Hi. When you get a white screen, it typically means an error is being thrown that’s causing the rendering of the page to fail. These kinds of errors can be read by enabling WP_DEBUG. If you enable WP_DEBUG and send me the error that is produced, I can look into it.

Hey there! I’m having the same problem. It’s definitely triggered by an error in the gravity forms (if someone doesn’t do something properly). The debug log information is this:

wc_add_to_cart_params is deprecated since version 3.5.6! Use woocommerce_get_script_data instead.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
