This version is dangerous, luckly my support staff on the hosting server could fix the issue, by checking the htaccess and adding some permalink code to it. But you might need professional help…

    Hi @pratapura

The plug-in prompted a window for downloading of some file instead of loading normaly, quite odd…

Can you please provide us with a clear screenshot of the window you are referring to so that we could address you more effectively?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or http://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Hello,

    Thanks for sending the screenshot.

    — For us to provide you with better assistance please elaborate more on the issue, we will be happy to assist. I’m not sure if it was the permalinks or the WooCommerce files when making a download, or what were the steps that made the issue to be present.

    — For us to take a better look at your site setup you can provide a copy of your system status report that is under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    Thanks.
