    Fresh install, added banner, used shortcode on a post and it works. Added the same shortcode to woocommerce product, doesn’t work, what is the problem?

    Hi manfromva,

    thanks for reaching out.

    Does the position where you placed the shortcode accept shortcodes in general? There is a dedicated WordPress filter needed for that to happen and depending on the theme or position you are using, it might not work. You can verify this by adding any other shortcode here.

    Yes, it works fine now. My caching plugin settings were conflicting, fixed now.
