    I have the following selected in the settings:

    Check to ENABLE auto-login for new user after registration
    Check to ENABLE Password required fields on new user registration form

    However, there is no option for new users to select their own password on the ‘my account’ page.

    Please help.

    That is the WooCommerce login page.

    As stated on the Settings page, this plugin only modifies the main default WordPress registration page located at:
    /wp-login.php?action=register

    It is not designed to work with the WooCommerce login page.

    And for information purposes, I do not plan on developing this plugin beyond its current scope. You will need to either find another plugin with similar functionality that modifies the WooCommerce login page, or hire a developer to modify the code for this plugin.
