• How can I get Woocommerce help. I am gettings so many failed payments and “you cannot make a payment at this time” my client wants to rip the whole thing out.

    I have the full invoicing from you – is there anywhere I can get some help even if I have to pay for it?

    The Woocommerce support is just documentation.

  • If you’ve paid for a WooCommerce extension that is causing the problems, log into your account at woocommerce.com and open a ticket there. The support times have been getting better, but it still may take them a day or so to get back with you.

    If you need more immediate or direct help, I’d suggest finding a local developer who knows WordPress and WooCommerce.
