We have tested internally and we are developing with 3.6.2 however we have seen instances where products added are not showing on the front end. This is not just related to our plugin though, but WooCommerce itself.
We are unable to replicate the product visibility issues within our development environments, however several of our users have had issues. I would suggest upgrading your staging site and adding a bunch of test products as the admin and as vendors and confirm that the products are showing on the front end. If they are you should be good to update.

I am hitting this issue as well. Once I updated Woocommerce, all of my vendor’s products before the update are visible on their pro-dashboard, but no products after the update are. Woocommerce recommended me to rollback to a previous version to try and fix, but i’m not sure if I want to risk that.
Is the reason for this still unknown?

Your issue is related to Pro so we’re not allowed to provide any support related to pro here. However we aren’t able to replicate this issue in any of our environments so we cannot debug what we cannot replicate.
We have been unable to get the required access to figure out what is going on with any sites either. We need db level access so that we can compare the database and query updates between 3.6 and 3.5 while running our frontend. As soon as we can get someone to provide us this access we can get to work.
If you would be able to provide a scrubbed (of order / user data) database we might be able to finally figure out what the issue is.
