Hi @jordib
Thanks for this report.
Genesis Connect 1.0 is working with WooCommerce 3.5 without issue in my tests.
If by “crashed” you mean you see a white screen, I recommend checking your PHP error log. You may see messages there that point to the plugin or theme code causing this.
If the logs point to Genesis Connect, please feel free to share the error messages here.
Appears to be working fine for me – WP version 4.9.8; Genesis Connect Version 1.0, framework 2.6.1 – Will update another site and report back if there are any issues but not seeing any at present.

Ok, thank you so much @modernnerd and @frenchomatic.
Crashed I mean HTTP ERROR 500. No errors in PHP error log. Maybe the issue is related with other third party plugin.
I’m trying to find what’s causing the error. I’ll tell you when I know.
Thanks again,
Jordi

It seems an error related to third party plugin that is integrated with woocommerce.
Thank you for your fast support,
Best regards,

Hello, just for tell you. Finally I’ve found the problem. It was related to Woocommerce. I don’t know why but Woocommerce had not been automatically activated after the update. Then the website crashed. I had to activate woocommerce plugin directly in the Database. So, problem solved.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Jordi

Thank you for taking the time to follow up here, Jordi, and I’m glad you were able to solve this!
Hi Nick, if you state “Genesis Connect 1.0 is working with WooCommerce 3.5 without issue in my tests,” why can’t the plugin state the version of WooCommerce that it is compatible with? After all, it is specifically for use with WooCommerce. The WooCommerce status page has a warning “Genesis Connect for WooCommerce by StudioPress – 1.0 – Not tested with the active version of WooCommerce.”
In fact, the plugin was last updated 3 months ago and only claims to be compatible with 3.3+.

@madriverweb You’re right that the tested-with version should better reflect the tested version. I’ve opened an issue to look into ways to better keep it in sync with WooCommerce: https://github.com/studiopress/genesis-connect-woocommerce/issues/42
> In fact, the plugin was last updated 3 months ago and only claims to be compatible with 3.3+.
WooCommerce 3.5 hadn’t been released when this plugin was last updated, which is why ‘WC tested up to’ reads 3.4. (3.5 came out on October 23, 2018, and there hasn’t been a plugin update since then; we’re currently bumping tested versions only during updates.)
The ‘3.3+’ you’re referring to is the minimum version of WooCommerce the plugin supports.
