I’m seeing links come through correctly in testing. Have you ruled out conflicts at all? Are the email templates on your install customised?

Hey Mike,
Yes I did. No conflicts as far as I can see and I tried both with and without customized email template (which in first place just changed some colors). As I mentioned 3.1.2 includes the emails properly.
I think I narrowed the problem down. The links aren’t included for **subscription** products only. They are included for simple products. Not sure if it’s Woocommerce or subscriptions extension problem, but I thought I should let you guys know.

What version of subscriptions is this? If thats definitely confirmed, can you send via the helpdesk?

Hey Mike,
I already did send via helpdesk. But my original ticket wasn’t subscription specific so I don’t know if it will get eventually to guys at Prospress. Should I create a new one?
I’m using the latest version of subscriptions 2.2.13

Update it with the above details and the support agents should be able to cc them in.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

It was a bug in subscriptions, solved in previous subscriptions update.
