WooCommerce 3.0.0 – Single Product page – Image not showing

    I just updated to WooCommerce 3.0.0 and the product image on the Single Product page isn’t showing anymore. I tried adding these 3 snippets of code to my functions.php but that did not resolve it:

    add_theme_support( ‘wc-product-gallery-zoom’ );
    add_theme_support( ‘wc-product-gallery-lightbox’ );
    add_theme_support( ‘wc-product-gallery-slider’ );

    What am I missing??

    All other thumbnail images are showing up. Please help!

    Check if your pictures has the correct format.

    what is the correct format? the pictures are in jpg. After resizing are downsizing the picture.. it’s still the same problem

    Please help me. I am working with the Theme estore Pro and tried updating the woocommerce plugin to see if the new 3.3 would fix the issues with no luck.

    All single product pages all images are missing

    My product gallery and thumbs show up, but only the first image is visible. When you click on subsequent thumbs, the div resizes to fit the image, the first large image slides out of view, but is replaced with white space.

    If you click on the magnifying glass, the correct image shows up in the Lightbox.

    I had to add theme support in the functions as mentioned earlier. I’ve also tried various combinations of all the extra styles mentioned in earlier fixes.

    Woocommerce: 3.4.1
    Genesis Connect: 0.9.10
    Genesis: 2.6.1

    Hi, @kilwag.

    This sounds site or theme -specific (I don’t see the issue in several StudioPress themes by default; subsequent thumbnails display as expected for me).

    You can try:

    – Ruling out plugin conflicts by deactivating other plugins.

    – Reviewing and temporarily removing any custom CSS that’s been added to the site.

    – Contacting StudioPress support by email if the theme is an unmodified StudioPress theme: https://my.studiopress.com/help/. We would need a link to the page where the issue is visible.

    – Contacting the theme developer if it’s made by someone else and you’ve ruled out plugin and custom CSS conflicts.
