WooCommerce 2.6.2- Update.. Need HELP

I tried the “Update Now” button in the plugin area but it didn’t works. It took forever the update bar to move.

Anyone here can help me.. please correct me if i’m wrong…

If i’m going to update it via FTP, I will go to –> (wp-content > plugins > woocommerce) and paste the extracted files of the new update version of woocommerce at the woocommerce folder..

Is this correct?

Also, My concern, does my products from the shop will be lost?

PLEASE HELP!
