Woocommerce 2.4.2 appears to have broken this plugin

    All was fine with WordPress 4.2.4 and Woocommerce 2.3, but after updating to Woocommerce 2.4.2 when customer tries to place an order, we see:

    [12-Aug-2015 09:13:43 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method WC_Sequential_Order_Numbers_Frontend::format_order_number() in /var/www/vhosts/xxx/httpdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wc-sequential-order-numbers/classes/class-wc-Sequential-Order-Numbers-frontend.php on line 61

    I have the same issue. Log file shows the exact same error.

    Causes this error to show on checkout: SyntaxError: Unexpected token <

    Hopefully you can help.

    Hello!

    Same problem… 🙁
    The plugin was working great…but after WC update…got the same error (simonmm) — define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true).

    The WC error message:
    SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data.

    Any solution!?

    Hi everyone,

    We are waiting for a stable release from WC before we can do any changes on our plugin. Given the quick and frequent updates from WC and the fact that any update we do might have to be discarded with the next update of WC, we have decided to wait for the stable version.
