 * Hey,
 * I think this is likely something to do with a third party plugin or custom theme.
   Try disabling any other plugins one by one to find the culprit. If that doesn’t
   find it, try activating TwentyTwelve as well to see if the issue is in your theme.

 * I want to know how to fix it jameskoster. I am in costume a template if error
   like that not to avoid the warning…I want to know the code to fix this problem.
   May be I am wrong in code….

 * There is code in your theme, or a plugin, that is attempting to insert tabs into
   the product display but it’s “doing it wrong”.
 * So do as James said: Activate TwentyEleven or TwentyTwelve temporarily and see
   if the error goes away. If it does the problem is in your theme. If it doesn’t
   the problem is in a plugin. And with that info you can track it down and fix 
   it.

 * To fix the problem, first you need to be fluent with PHP and WordPress hooks 
   and trace the action code for “woocommerce_product_tabs” in the WooCommerce code.
 * Or try this plugin as an alternative:
