These were put β€˜on hold’. I realised from a response to a question in the forum that this was because payment was set up to be authorised after checkout. I have now changed the setup and new orders are appearing as expected. * My question is regarding the 4 orders that were made last Wednesday. I changed the status from on hold to complete, then to processing. The total to be deducted is appearing as pending under customer bank accounts, but the payments are not appearing as pending under the payment session of my WordPress Admin Console. Only the order that was made this morning is appearing. It looks like the payment linked to the 4 orders made last Wednesday are stuck. * How do I go about getting the payment for these four orders to filter through to the payment session? * Thanks in The payments are now appearing as pending under the payments screen. I am hoping this has resolved it. * My concern is that the pending total actually includes 5 orders, but it says 2 deposits underneath the total and when I click on it it only shows the card transaction from yesterday. I am sure it is fine and I am hoping nothing to worry about. * Question, is Stripe a payment gateway that supports authorised transactions? I couldn’t see this on the list. * Finally the pending total is 122.25 pounds and the next deposit is 24.45. I am able to find out what transactions are linked to the next deposit.
