    Hey,

    we use wordpress, woocommerce and we ship via printful. For the tracking at E-Mails, we use AST.

    As known, Printful pushes the tracking number to “Notes” instead to Track.-information. Fortunately, AST has taken automatically note of this and pushed the informations to “Track-Information”. So the E-Mail for costumers came with this information.

    Since 21st June, this automation won’t work. We spoke with printful. They only said, we need AST, which we already use.

    We really tried ALL settings… So I think.

    Anyone got an idea?

    We did not change anything on the Shipment tracking API, can you try to remember any changed you did around these dates? Does the tracking go into the order notes?

    We didn’t take changes. We may changed our Shipmentpartner to DHL (Deutsche Post) on Woocommerce (Germanized), but I guess this can’t be the problem.

    Yes, the informationes about printful always went on “notes”. But the last time, it worked with converting to track-info, it also pushes the tracking data to “tracking-info”. Now it doesn’t work anymore.

    Is there maybe some settings I have to take on AST? The setting at AST, while the last order has been taken, was:

    “Aktion Tracking-Bestellung hinzufügen”: abgeschlossen, partially shipped and updated tracking

    “E-Mail-Anzeige”:
    Same as above

    “Benutzerdefinierte Auftragsstatus”
    Bennen sue das Statuslabel “abgeschlossen” in “versendet” um
    Partially shipped

    Can you contact us from the support on zorem.com and share a screenshot of the entire order admin? Do you use TrackShip?

    I encounter exactly the same issue.

    Could you please help me as well?

    To explain, my printfull tracking number go to the note and i have to manually copy and past it into the tracking info.

    I have made an new expedition supplier but I dont thinks it’s the problem because the problem appear 1 month ago and I’m using this supplier before that.

    I have the same with Printful too and the Zorem’s support told me that they did not change anything..
