    Hi Sailor 656,
Can you give us a little more information on your specific settings & setup?
Have you selected the menu you want to use in the Menu Cart settings panel?

I would like to advise you to use WP Menu Cart instead of WooCommerce Menu cart, because it has a little bit more features and integrates better with Ubermenu.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Sailor656,
    There's two things going on;

first of all, there seems to be an issue with faulty HTML in your menu (this is a theme issue). Because of this, there is a parsing error in WP Menu cart.
Other than that, without the error, the menu seems to display fine in your main menu.

The main menu appears to be built up in two sections, one on the left and one on the right. But this is actually one menu.

Now for the alignment order, it is currently not possible with your configuration to get the Menu Cart aligned to the very right (where the other cart is right now). This is because of the order of the menu & float behavior:

    [1] Cart
    [2] sign in
    [3] profile
    [4] login
    [5] themes
    [6] store
    [7] departments
    [8] help
    [9] blog
    [10] WP menu cart

Now 1,2,3,4 & 10 have a float:right formatting, but float right alwaysgoes in reverse order:

You can download a beta version (2.2.0) of the WP Menu Cart here: http://goo.gl/bLLo3J
This version should suppress the DOMHtml warnings that you get now.

    Hi Sailor656,
With the new version of the WP Menu Cart plugin that is now released, the problem with the error should be solved. The alignment issue is normal CSS behavior.

Let us know if you have any other questions though!
