Woocomerce Payments from Affiliate Links

    I have a few question about YITH Woocommerce Affiliate.
    1) Does every affiliate link referral code auto attach to any purchase made? Does it work on the main website link or they have to be given referral link to specific page to work?
    2) I’m using a LMS, using Woocommerce payment, so it would work too? As long as the payment is thru Woocommerce?
    3) The backend setting of preventing affiliates getting paid commission directly means I have to do it manually?
    4) The backend option to pay affiliate referral fees after discount, means like after coupons are applied?
