 * Category
    Sub Category Products Sub Category Products
 * Category
    Sub Category Products Sub Category Products
 * Etc
 * Assuming there are 8 top level Categories is there a way to add a featured image
   per category and a shortcode to output all top level categories on a page
    Then
   repeat for sub categories within a top level category ( a featured image and 
   a shortcode to output all sub categories of the selected top level category) 
   Then obviously a shortcode to output all products within a selected sub category.
