    Since converting my free CleanTalk account to the premium account, and presumably when the security/firewall features were enabled (which I wasn’t aware would be auto enabled), first my site went down for about 15 minutes (but mysteriously came back up with no interaction), and now my WooCommerce “Woo” smartphone app is no longer able to pull in my store/order data.

    I can’t for the life of me find where to either whitelist that connectivity or detect any logs in the CT stats that seem like it would be the Woo app trying to access the store to do the order sync.

    Any direction would be appreciated.
