Hope you’re doing good.
You can simply change the color of the popup basket, link, and quick view on hover from Style > Button. Have a look at this video I made for you: https://d.pr/v/SCJAug

If you want to hide those buttons from your carousel, you can add this CSS on your stylesheet to get this done:

.eael-product-carousel .icons-wrap.box-style {
    display: none; !important;
}
