Did you try refreshing the Orders section by swiping down on the page?

Hello Zach, yes I did many times but the orders are not displaying. I get notifications on my phone, and there is even a notification in that tab for an order which is not showing in the orders tab. I deleted and reinstalled already as well.

Can you let me know what version of the app you’re using (the version #)? Also, can you take a screenshot of your Orders page (shown like my screenshot above)? Also, do your new orders land on a custom status, or what is the default status for a new order in your store?
I checked our development board for the app and don’t see anyone else reporting this as an issue, so I’d like to check those things if possible:

Orders land on On Hold if waiting for payment, Processing if paid.
