woo csv importer supplied with plugin

1. The importer works fine on the dummy variable test data supplied in the dummy data csv file.
2. When I had my data in the same format as the dummy data it goes into the database as a variable product out of stock even though the instock flag is set to a 1 in the instock column. This happens every time with my added products.
3. I believe the importer is set to work correctly only with the dummy test data from the results of my testing.
4. Please review the coding on the supplied importer. It should not be showing the correct instock for the dummy data and out of stock for my added data when I use the same formatting as the dummy data.
5. A copy of the dummy data with only a change to the sku to make it unique and the name also results in the out of stock flag being set at the simple product level in the chain of product types.
