• even when paging almost $50 for the woo commerce extension this plugin does not work correctly and makes your site look terrible!

    The developers support it not that great either, take ages to reply and ban you (your IP) from live chat if you ask for a refund.

    Currently have a PayPal case opened against them as the page you purchase the woo commerce extension on is misleading. Hopefully PayPal will force refund soon.

    It looks like we had a misunderstanding on the support. My apologies for that.

    The style issues, as explained in your ticket, are related to your theme and not to the plugin (except for one minor glitch that’ll be fixed).

    Regarding the live chat, you definitely haven’t been blacklisted. We don’t do this kind of thing.

    Finally, we have proceeded to a refund of your purchase.

    Please note that in this kind of situation PayPal usually doesn’t grant refunds for the claim because the product is working and it works exactly as described. The refund was voluntary from our site.
