woo commerce split delivery notes from invoices

I have an online store and a physical warehouse.  I need to integrate POS/Inventory and I want to give some clients the option to make orders throughout the month, which will be fulfilled with a delivery note and then combine all these delivery notes into one invoice at the end of the month.  I also need to be able to scan out stock to our own production facility at cost price with a delivery note but I don´t need to invoice it.  I just need someone to advise if there is an extension that can split the delivery notes from the invoice numbers, and keeps track of inventory by delivery note or point me to a good POS system that integrates with Woo that can do this.
