    Hello Support:

    I am trying to connect the (Facebook for WooCommerce) from my website into my Facebook Artist Page. This is the business FB Page not the personal FB Page.

    I get thru all of the steps perfectly but at the very, very end of the process when I hit the final button for connection I get an alert on Facebook that says:

    “Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook!. Please try again”

    I have tried 4 times and the same exact error comes up.

    Does anyone know what might be wrong?

    I have same issue, old Facebook for Woocommerce was working but i can not connect with the new one.

    Im experiencing the same issue. Everything is setup but once I click the done button i get the same message as the others, however when I went in my fb business manager it says under add items, importing xxx data feed and it shows the placeholder pics in a grid so im not sure if it’s actually doing anything.
