  • Why are my orders stuck in ‘On Hold’ status when I have PayPal confirmation that the orders have been paid for?

    This is causing me huge headaches with inventory because when I manually change an order from ‘On-Hold’ to ‘Processing’, my inventory does not automatically decrease the way it normally does.

    Please help as soon as possible? I am new to managing a web site so I will need the ‘For Dummies’ version of the fix 🙂

  • Forgot to say I am using the 3.5.1 version of Word Press and the 2.0.4 version of Woo Commerce.

    I have a similar problem, not with Paypal, but with bank transfers. In the shop, the order seems to be in a loop, in the WC admin order section I can see it’s on hold. No SSL involved btw, current WC and WP versions.
