# Woo commerce order missing!

 * Order #6721 is missing from the WooCommerce order page, we checked Moneris and
   the payment went through it. I saw it yesterday and now its gone. I received 
   email also regarding this.
    I have changed my hosting from prev server to AWS.
   Could that be the issue? Also, the orders that we change to refunded are showing
   up as processing again.
 * Please help what is the issue?

 * Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?
 * You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then“
   Copy for support”.
