[Plugin: Woo commerce]: getting pages to show up in the tabs (shop, cart, etc.)

I am trying to get my pages to show up in my tabs. Woo Commerce created the pages for me and has a lot the system already set up. Pages like: Checkout, Shop, My Account, Cart. The pages are “published” but aren’t showing up in my tabs at the top of the page.

How can I fix this so people have access to buying our product?

http://www.incaseof.us is the website. One example is http://www.incaseof.us/shop which is published, but has no tab for people to access it.
