Hi @kiwibomb,
Thanks for reaching out.
Have you tried checking out this documentation to fix blurred image issues on WooCommerce:
https://woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/.
If the above doesn’t help, the first thing you’ll want to do is see if your current theme and plugins are having an effect on how the images are being pulled in.
You can do that by temporarily switching your theme to Storefront, clearing any site-level and browser-level caches, and checking your product pages again. You can also run a conflict test to rule out any possible conflicts. Here’s a detailed guide on how to run a conflict.
Please be sure to have a full site backup before you proceed with troubleshooting.
Really? That’s the best you’ve got? Like I didn’t look that up and try that.
Hi @kiwibomb,
Sorry to hear that the solution provided did not resolve your issue. In most cases, it is always important to first try out the common troubleshooting steps to be able to know what steps to make next.
As you’ve confirmed having tried the common troubleshooting steps, were you able to confirm if the issue is not related to your current theme and plugins by running a conflict test?
It is not my theme, I have changed themes
Hi again @kiwibomb,
Thank you for confirming this for us. Just curious, while switching themes, were you also able to only have WooCommerce as the active plugin?
In some cases, we have come across several other third-party plugins interfering with images, testing with only WooCommerce as the active theme and the default theme (Storefront) can sometimes provide insights in issues related to images.
Looking forward to your reply.
