Woo Commerce 4 basic pages not being created

    Hi: When I upload the latest Woo commerce version and activate it, it appears to be fine, except that the 4 pages I believe it is still supposed to create are not being created. Namely: Cart, Checkout, My account and Shop.
    I have another site with exactly the same theme, plugins and WP version and it loaded perfectly. I have tried deactivating, deleting, reinstalling, emptying the cache..I can’t think of anything else to try?
    Any idea why it doesn’t create the pages? I have clicked on the create the pages button Woo Commerce shows right after activating the plug in..

    I’m using Headway theme, latest version, latest version of WP also.
    I would certainly appreciate any ideas..
